Provider Requirements
All registered family day home providers with dragonfly Family Day Home Agency are required to submit the following prior to having children placed in their home:
Criminal Record check (as well as for those in the home ages 18+)
Child Intervention check (as well as for those in the home ages 18+)
Three (3) satisfactory references
Current First Aid
Child Development Assistant or higher certification (contracted educators have access to FREE training)
2 home screening visits by the agency coordinator
Proof of liability insurance of 2,000,000
Proof of automobile liability insurance of 2,000,000 (if the provider intends to transport children)
